Who am I?
When I reached the age of 38 I noticed that I started to get more and more discomfort in my belly. I realized this was because of the food I was eating and the daily stress that I was facing. The pain and discomfort started to get worse with each month and year.
When I was reached the age of 39,5 I felt that the pain, the cramps and the bloating in my belly started to get more intensed. I found myself at a stage that I started to feel afraid to eat something. I didn’t know wat for type of food was good for me. Raw food, fried, cooked or boiled. I was feeling discomfort mostly from most of them, les from the cooked food.
